CONTACT: There is no cell service in Praia de Sagi. All communication is done by internet. For questions or clarifications, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.
CHECK-IN: 3 - 6 pm. Please let us know if you need to check-in later. The last 15 kms of your journey will be by dirt road so it is best to plan to arrive during the day.
CHECK-OUT: 12 pm. Please get in touch with us if you would like late check-out.
Children, pets and more
RESTRICTIONS We are an inn focused on the comfort and well-being of all of our guests. For this reason, music systems, smoking and pets are not permitted on the property.
CHILDREN: Due to the location and configuration of our common areas, we only host children SEVEN years and older.
Other Details
FOOD AND DRINKS: Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 am. If you have any food restrictions, please let us know before your stay.
There is a minibar in your room with water, sodas, beers, nuts and chocolate. A price list is available in your room. Wine, Prosecco and beers are available at reception. All items consumed can be paid for at check-out.
Please note: there is no kitchen, ice machines or additional refrigerators available for our guests. There is a BBQ area available for you to use during your stay. Contact the inn before your arrival to learn more.
ELECTRICITY: The voltage in Praia de Sagi is 220v.
KEYS: In the eventuality that you lose your room key, there will be a R$100 replacement charge.
HOUSECLEANING: Room cleaning is available daily. Please indicate if you would like your suite cleaned by leaving the sign outside your door with the green side displayed if you would like your room cleaned and the red side if you would not like it.
When you leave your room, please turn off the air conditioning. If you forget, our staff will turn it off for you.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the pool is at your own risk. Pool towels are available from reception.
