Reservation and Reimbursement Policy
Reservations
There are two ways to make a reservation directly with the inn? through our reservations site (see the Book Now link above) or via WhatsApp (see the information below). A deposit of 50% guarantees your reservation. The rest can be paid at check-in, with the exception of December 20 to Carnaval when it is paid in full a month in advance
Reservations made through booking.com follow the rules of booking.com.
Reimbursements
Please note that cancelations affect us significantly due to the size of the inn.
Brazilian law allows reservations to be canceled with full reimbursement up to 7 days from the date of reservation. Advance reservations (45 days or more before check-in) can be reimbursed up to 30 days before check-in.
Last minute reservations made 7 days or less before check-in, can be reimbursed up to 10 am on the day of check-in.
It is essential that you inform the inn if you are not able to honor your reservation. If you do not contact us in advance, on the first day after your date of check-in your reservation will be considered a "no show" and your room made available in our system.
For reservations made with booking.com, the cancelation policy of booking.com will be applied without exceptions. Please verify the details of the cancelation policy with booking.com.
